You are 25 miles from Tampa International Airport, 90 minutes to the theme parks in Orlando, 45 minutes from Busch Gardens, and only 30 minutes from the beautiful Clearwater/St. Petersburg beaches. For golf lovers, the world famous Innisbrook Golf Course is only about 5 miles away.

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
